Tuition

Tuition is due and payable in advance. However, students may elect to arrange for other payment options while attending school as described below. The tuition for the Entry Level Expanded Functions Dental Assisting program is $5,500. The total cost with the registration fee is $5,650 when using payment option number one (1) below. The total program cost may be paid out using any of the following options:

Payment in full 15 days after receiving your acceptance letter, but no later than the day prior to orientation. The total cost with registration fee using this option is $5,650.
Down payment of $3,000 15 days after receiving your acceptance letter but no later than the day prior to orientation. $300 will be due before the beginning of each of the ten classes (10 payments). The total cost of using this option is $6,000.
Registration fee of $150 due at time of enrollment. Use CareCredit 15 days after receiving your acceptance letter for the remaining amount of $6,000 and make payments towards CareCredit with up to 12 months interest free. To apply for CareCredit go to www.carecredit.com and click “apply”. The total cost of using this option depends on selections chosen by applicant through CareCredit.

Payment Deadlines


The above payment options exclude late enrollments at which payment is due at time of enrollment. All of the four payment options above include a non-refundable $150.00 Registration Fee due at time of personal interview. All tuition and fees are subject to change. Only 8 students are enrolled per term. Seats are reserved once payment has been received.

Supplies


The following supplies are required for the Entry-Level Dental Assisting program and are not provided by the school.

  • One set of Greys Anatomy Steel colored scrubs
  • One Greys Anatomy white lab coat
  • Hepatitis B and TB immunization records
  • A comfortable pair of clean white tennis or nursing shoes
  • Pen and pencil
  • One pack of 3×5 cards or pocketsize spiral notebook
  • Loose-leaf college ruled paper

The school will provide the following items:

  • Certificate of completion
  • Dental Assisting Pin
  • One-inch three ringed binder
  • Dental Materials to be used in the course
  • Set of Models of human dentition
  • Textbook
  • Workbook
  • Safety Glasses
