Jason D. Lewis, DDS, FAGD, has committed himself to excellence in dentistry as a student, practitioner, and industry leader. He earned his dental degree from the University of Oklahoma, after earning his bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Dayton. Dr. Lewis is the past president of the Jacksonville Dental Society and has served as president on several local, state, and national dental societies over the years. He is an active member of the Florida Academy of General Dentistry, Florida Dental Association, Jacksonville Dental Society, and Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine.
Dr. Lewis is also committed to lifelong learning to provide you the best that modern dentistry has to offer. He has advanced training in root canals, one-visit crowns, dental implants, oral sedation, and orthodontics. This allows him to offer you a comfortable, fast transformation to the smile of your dreams.
The doctor and his wife, Traci, have two beautiful twin boys, Carson and Connor, who attend Pacetti Bay Middle School. They also have two dogs, Ricky and Lucy. The family enjoys being active with sports. Dr. Lewis and Traci like watching their sons play baseball, basketball and flag football.
